We had an amazing dinner for our anniversary. Service was great, food was amazing! The bone-in ribeye and wagyu were done perfectly.

Dined here with a large group. The food was outstanding!!! Creative appetizers, succulent prime cut steaks. The service was outstanding, personable and welcoming, without being patronizing, which do many places don't comprehend.

I was a little surprised at 1st when I walked in. I honestly didn't know what to think but it turned out to be a Great place! Ribeye was Fabulous & so was the company!

Great place with an awesome Happy Hour and early bird menu! The bar is a fun vibe and the place to be.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the steakhouse. When I'm in Sarasota, this is probably the first stop if I'm wanting a good steak and good appetizers. The service was phenomenal. My waiter was really cool and knowledgeable about everything the drinks were great. The ambience was so nice. It was almost like you stepped into a 1950 speakeasy just really dark and romantic. I love the food it was tasty

Highly, highly recommended!! A top 5 all time dinner with the family. Everyone we met were just great and our Server Shannon and her partner Josh were extremely professional and made incredible food and cocktails even better if that is possible. In addition to wonderful food they have an extensive library of hard to fine Bourbon, Tequila, Whiskey and wine. We were lucky enough to crack a 28 year old Bushmill's that was just extraordinary. Went very well with the Japanese A5 Wagyu Steak!!! I will be making a point to return to Hyde Park Steakhouse in the future.

We were in as a group of 8 for our wine group dinner. Theme was cabernet from 2013 or older vintages, sourced from anywhere in the world. They seated us in a private room (thankfully) and our server Victoria was excellent - attentive and personable. The bread basket & peppered butter was great, and offered coveted salted pretzel logs. We then all ordered a la carte after several shared appetizers, including the excellent thick cut bacon and Wagyu beef carpaccio. Some nut in our group thought a soup & salad intermezzo was a good idea - so lobster bisque and french onion soups followed our appetizers. Soup was unnecessary (too much food in total) and while tasty, were not memorable. Segway to our mains and sides, which included tasty brussel sprouts and yummy gruyere potatoes au gratin. The bone in aged steak was perfectly medium rare with a great char which made bone gnawing a true delight! The finale, s bananas foster flambé put a perfect exclamation point on our meal. For those of you actually reading the entire review, wine of the night was a 2001 Blankiet Paradise Hills, made by Heidi Barrett. Great job for our party!
